Annual Meeting of Dali Library Society in 2019

From December 15th to 18th, 2015, the Dali State Library Society and the Dali State Library hosted the Midi County Cultural Sports Radio and Television Tourism Bureau and the Midu County Library. The Academic Seminar and the Dali Regional Public Library Business Training is known as the “Name of the Country”, “Hometown of Lanterns” and “Hometown of Folk Songs”. It is known as the birthplace of the Oriental Serenade “Xiaohe Shushui”. - Midu was held.

Li Jianhua, full-time deputy secretary of the Dali State Culture and Sports Bureau, Zhao Zhenglin, the propaganda minister of Midu County, and the leaders of the Midu County Cultural and Sports Bureau attended the meeting. From the Dali University Library, the Dali Trade Union Library, the directors and business backbones of the 12 counties and public libraries of Dali Prefecture, and the 97 members of the award-winning authors and guests attended the meeting. The opening ceremony was hosted by Li Qun, the director of the Dali University Library. Minister Zhao Zhenglin delivered a speech introducing the general situation of Midu County from various aspects such as economy, culture and tourism, and expressed warm welcome to the guests. Deputy Secretary Li Jianhua hopes to learn to further raise awareness and create a good academic atmosphere. I hope that everyone will cherish this opportunity of learning and exchange, pioneering and innovating, and strive to create a new situation in library work.

This symposium was based on the theme of “Dynamic Library Construction in Yunnan Province”. A total of 61 papers were collected, and the experts organized the experts to review them one by one. Two first prizes, four second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded. 10 awards for excellence, and awards and awards to the authors of the award-winning papers. The meeting elected a new president, vice president, secretary general and director of the society. The meeting also read out the "Character of the Dali State Library Society", "Administrative Measures for Individual Members", "Administrative Measures for Group Members", "Rights and Work Rules of the Standing Council", "Removal, Addition and Replacement of Board Members" and " The Regulations on the Management and Use of Seals further standardized the rules and regulations of the Society, and all members unanimously applauded.

In order to further improve the business level of the employees of the public libraries in our state, the meeting adopted the method of representative training. Liu Li, a deputy research librarian of Dali State Library, and Zhou Jun, librarians, respectively, gave an overview of the local document protection of ancient books in Dali Prefecture. The two topics of "Digital Resource Joint Construction Project Introduction" conducted business training for the participants. Through the training, the members learned more about the construction of the digital library promotion project in our state, and improved the understanding of the importance of digitalization of ancient books and local documents. During the training, the Society also organized cultural inspections and gala evenings. The member museums staged performances, demonstrating the new style and new features of the library people, strengthening exchanges and cooperation between peers, and enhancing unity and friendship.

The meeting achieved its intended purpose and achieved great success.
